The Story

Ellen Hutter is a woman caught between love and doom, unable to resist the chilling grip of Nosferatu’s presence. Her obsession with the creature feels both fateful and forbidden, as if she is bound to him by forces beyond her control. In her longing to protect others, she willingly steps into the darkness, unable to stay away from the vampire’s haunting allure.

For Victorians, lilacs symbolized the bittersweet nature of memory and the innocence of first love.
