AMBER FOREST

Amber Forest returns, refined and reformulated—a worthy ode to its evocative epithet of sun-drenched sap and towering arboreous sentinels spangled in liquid gold. What began as an overtly-cheerful solid fragrance has sombered, hanging its former white floral heart up for a gilded robe of decadent labdanum and sticky-sweet sap, encrusted and bejeweled with the ancient treasures preserved in the honeyed tears of the earth.

A warm, earthy amber fragrance with sunny poplar bud and sticky-sweet balsams laid atop a base of pockmarked bark and a golden halo of ancient resins. .

Notes: sweet sticky poplar and honey; bright balsams, boreal woods, spruce sap, and peppered amber; wisps of faraway woodfire and wafts of dark leather; a hint of bitter cacao. A honeyed forest amber fragrance.

The Ritual: Scoop the desired amount of your scented balm of choice and gently warm it between your fingers before applying it to pulse points (wrists, the crook of the elbow, the nape of the neck, the décolleté) or wherever else you please in gentle, circular motions, allowing the perfume to air-dry.

Solid perfumes perform best when in contact with heat and do wonderfully on warm summer days, or when applied under the collar of a shirt when the temperature drops.
