Those that were fortunate enough to try Umami Crema 2018, full of boozy almond and vanilla notes - will have an inkling of an idea of what Umami Crema 2019 smells like.

THE SCENT

Umami Crema was distilled in the same set up as Umami Ceylon but with slightly different temperature parameters and is steam distilled (Umami Ceylon is Hydro).

Whereas Umami Ceylon was a rich, almost reddish color - we've managed to produce a dark golden, ghee-colored oil in Umami Crema with that same beloved Almond / Benzaldehyde note + an almost Creme Brûlée toasted vanilla layered over a deeper, richer Ceylon Sandal base.

Think warm almond biscotti and perfectly crisp creme brûlée with hints of Walla Patta incense - layered over deep, resinous incense'y Ceylon Sandalwood.

All told - this is one heck of an oil chalk full of Umami Sandalwoody-goodness!
