Emerald Rendezvous

Emerald Rendezvous is inspired by Mindy’s hometown in the Rio Grande Valley, where long stretches of rural highway are lined with citrus groves, leaves shining emerald green under the South Texas sun. Every winter, the groves come alive with harvest—especially the deeply red, sweet Rio Red Grapefruits. Fresh grapefruit juice often shows up at gatherings through the holiday season becoming part of many happy memories. Those memories carry forward into spring, when driving through the groves with the windows down means being wrapped in the soft, intoxicating bloom of orange blossom drifting through the warm southeasterly breeze off of the Gulf of Mexico.

Emerald Rendezvous opens with Spearmint and Pink Sugar creating a sweet, herbaceous cooling sensation, pleasant and refreshing. Rio Red Grapefruit and Bergamot quickly follow, bringing a vivid citrus burst that gives the aroma of freshly pressed juice on a warm spring day.

The heart of Emerald Rendezvous features Orange Blossom Olessence from Robertet Group taking center stage. This ingredient is crafted to preserve the full radiance of orange blossom while maintaining exceptional clarity and lift, allowing the floral ingredient to feel luminous without becoming heavy or overly indolic. This ingredient is very limited and difficult to source, but it’s worth the wait (and expense) in our opinion. Ocean Zest weaves through the floral core, adding a breezy, mineral freshness that evokes coastal air meeting farmland blooms.

At the base of Emerald Rendezvous, Patchouli brings a smooth, enduring woodiness giving depth to the composition without darkening its bright spirit. Musk lingers at the base, soft and skin-like, extending the freshness of citrus and florals into a warm, enduring trail that feels both clean and quietly sensual.

Despite its airy composition, Emerald Rendezvous has impressive longevity and versatility. It moves easily from day to night and feels at home across spring, summer, fall, and even winter—after all, citrus season never truly ends in the Rio Grande Valley.
