Oud Wood leads with a spiced rosewood and cardamom top before settling into a smooth, sweetened sandalwood and oud base with none of the sharper, medicinal oud facets. It reads polished and warm rather than raw, which is why it became a reference point for approachable oud in Western perfumery.
