There’s artisanal perfumery, and then there’s artisanal oud perfumery. It’s one thing to make perfume, but to recreate a kodo ceremony inside a bottle – that’s a different art form altogether.

Here, we give you Homeros in its original format – a landmark composition in the history of oud perfumes – decked out in the purple dragon’s heavenly breath: the petroleum-sipping Becarianna roots digging deep into the soil of Brunei: Brunei Kynam, re-envisioned and re-imagined through the eyes of the ancient Hellenic sage.

Aside from being built on the original Homeros formulation, this bespoke edition contains a full 3 gr bottle of Brunei Kynam + Brunei Kynam wood + a full 3 gr bottle of Port Moresby, which punctuates the deep violet syrupiness as the anchor to Brunei Kynam’s extra-galactic trance-inducing aroma.
