Gardénia Pekanbaru

This semi-bespoke was made for Chris A. in Germany, who, like so many, adores Tahitian Gardénia.

But he loves it so much, he wanted to give it even more wings…

In Chris’ words:

“So what was the vision behind this perfume?

Ensars Gardenias are my favorite perfumes and I wanted to make the already perfect Tahitian Gardenia even more perfect and unique. Take the latest iteration of Tahitian Gardenia, add some 20+ years old wild Sumatra oud, boost the floral/tropical aspects and add a touch of spearmint to it.

The result is absolute

UPDATE:

I was so happy to see it pop up on the website during the semi bespoke promotions and I’ve talked to a few people who bought it and everyone loves it.

It has macerated for a few months now and I think the spearmint note has intensified, the creamy tropical gardenia smell is the second most dominant aspect of this scent.

The smell of the Pekanbaru oud blends in perfectly and its quite potent without taking over.

It’s not as bright as the TG B3000 or the other gardenias but that’s fine, you can wear it on every occasion and just a couple small sprays leave a scent trail behind you for hours
